On July 18, 2024, the newly expanded production line of Zhongke Xinlian SMT production workshop located in Yuchang Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park, Changshu High tech Zone officially started construction.

Equipped with three new and high-precision mainstream high-speed surface mount machines, combined with stable and fast new printing machines, SPI solder paste thickness detectors, AOI appearance inspection machines, and nitrogen reflow soldering, the new expansion line of Zhongke Xinlian SMT workshop marks a new stage in the company's overall production capacity, quality management, and service level. It is reported that Zhongke Xinlian's new SMT processing production line costs millions of yuan to achieve high standardization of key SMT production processes such as solder paste printing, testing, component mounting, chip mounting, reflow soldering, and appearance inspection. The daily production process is more flexible, fast, stable, and efficient.

The new SMT production line of Zhongke Xinlian can flexibly adapt to multiple application fields such as consumer grade, industry applications, automotive electronics, aerospace, localization, information and innovation, and Anke.
