On August 2, 2024, the newly added three proof automatic coating production line of Zhongke Xinlian Electrical Equipment Workshop located in Yuchang Sci Tech Innovation Industrial Park, Changshu High tech Zone officially started construction.

Following the addition of an SMT production line last month, Zhongke Xinlian has bravely expanded and actively made progress by introducing a complete set of new three proof automatic coating production lines, bringing good news once again. This measure marks a proactive exploration and new first step for Zhongke Xinlian in the field of trial production of electronic products and projects.

The newly introduced three proof automatic coating production line by Zhongke Xinlian uses the industry's mainstream and highly stable automatic three proof coating machine for precise and fast spraying at the front end, and is equipped with a UV curing furnace with an intelligent temperature control system at the back end to ensure that the PCBA spraying process (SMT surface mount processing) strictly meets the industry's process requirements. The spraying effect is uniform, flat, and consistent in thickness, and the film thickness detection meets the application specifications and meets the normal standards. The overall process level is good.
